(UPDATE: 12:57 a.m.)- The California Highway Patrol has reopened the Spring Street off-ramp.
(UPDATE: 11:00 p.m.) – Officials on scene say the driver was killed after they drove off the highway, onto the railroad tracks and was ejected from the car.
CHP has closed the Spring Street off-ramp.
Officials say this is a single-vehicle crash and no other people were in the car.

ORIGINAL STORY: CHP is responding to a crash that happened Wednesday night.
The crash happened at around 9:15 p.m. on Northbound Highway 101 South of the Spring Street offramp.
Paso Robles Police Department, San Luis Obispo Sheriff Deputies and CHP officers are responding to the crash.
