The San Luis Obispo Department is searching for a man and woman they believe are responsible for making several fraudulent purchases in San Luis Obispo last week.
According to SLOPD, a man and woman caught on surveillance stole a wallet from a person who was shopping on the 3900 block of Higuera Street on May 22. Police say after the wallet was stolen, several purchases were made at local stores.
Police say the man and woman are linked to a similar theft that happened in February.
