The downtown San Luis Obispo Farmers’ Market will honor local police officers Thursday night in recognition of National Police Week.
Law Enforcement Night will pay tribute to public safety officials across San Luis Obispo County. Members of each local law enforcement agency will be stationed throughout the market along Higuera St. and between Osos and Nipomo streets.
Kids are invited to check out law enforcement equipment and vehicles as well as ask officers questions.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department is sponsoring the special farmers’ market event.
The downtown SLO Farmers’ Market from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
