A new hotel is slated to open in downtown San Luis Obispo this summer.
Hotel San Luis Obispo is scheduled to open to the public in mid-July.
The hotel is located on the corner of Palm and Morro Streets.
There will be two new restaurants opening within the hotel. Piadina is a casual dining option that offers farm-fresh fare and is open for lunch and dinner. OX + Anchor is Executive Chef Ryan Fancher’s modern spin on the classic steakhouse.
Two bars will be opening as well. The High bar will be located on the hotel’s rooftop terrace. It can host up to 100 guests for semi-private gatherings. A second bar will be located in the hotel lobby.
A wine library will offer private dining for small to medium-sized parties. The room seats up to 14 guests for celebrations, small meetings, and work dinners.
The Seven Sisters ballroom is the main event center in the hotel, which allows large parties of up to 240 people to gather. The ballroom is connected to the Ah Louis Terrace, a covered open-air space.
The Hotel will have a spa and a fitness center featuring steam rooms and cardio machines.
New rooms available this summer will include the Morro Suites, Tolosa Studios, and Mission Double Queens starting at $400 per night.
