Two fires have sparked near the Oceano Dunes campground in as many days.
Friday, Calfire and Five Cities firefighters were dispatched to the area at about 5:45 a.m. Crews worked to put out a 30 by 30-foot spot fire burning in dense brush.
No one had to be evacuated.

Fire officials say another fire sparked in the same area Thursday at about 11:30 a.m.
It’s unclear whether the two fires are related.
