Orcutt native and former “The Voice” contestant Pryor Baird performed for the sixth annual Day of Hope fundraiser.
Baird performed music from his new album at the Marian Medical Center Foundation in Santa Maria Wednesday afternoon to help support local families who are fighting cancer.
Baird says, “I love being able to give back I love being able to help out. It’s important to me it makes me feel good and that’s what its all about just being a good human being, being a good person. Spreading the good word fighting the good fight every day doesn’t get any better than that.”
As of late Wednesday, the Day of Hope fundraising event is a little less than $500 dollars away from their goal of $215,000.
