The San Luis Obispo County Department of Planning and Building is having a meeting on Tuesday to prepare for future local disasters and they are asking for public input.
The meeting will discuss updating the local hazard mitigation plan, which the department of planning and building says will include all jurisdictions in San Luis Obispo County for the first time.
They encourage anyone who lives in the county to come to the meeting which will be in the community room in the San Luis Obispo County Library from 5:30 pm. to 7:30 p.m.
