The Arroyo Grande planning is looking at approving a new 28,000 development and is asking for public input on the project.

The planning commission is considering an application to develop East Cherry Avenue in phases, eventually constructing a building that will include office spaces, warehousing and a cafe.

The commission is asking for community opinion. There will be a public meeting over the project Tuesday night in the council chambers at 215 E. Branch Street.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
