After a cloudy and rainy couple of days on the Central Coast, skies will be sunny Friday.

Daytime highs will still be cooler and between the mid-50s and mid-60s with mild to moderate winds ranging from 10-20 miles per hour. The upper level low responsible for the wet weather on the Central Coast continues to move in a southeast direction.

For those attending the SLO Holiday Parade or the City of Atascadero’s Winter Wonderland, skies will be clear and temperatures will range from the upper 40s to the low 50s from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Sunny skies are in the forecast for most of the weekend, but by Sunday there will be increasing marine layer and fog that will carry over into the start of next week. Low pressure that will make way over California will bring cloudy conditions, and right now, about a 20% chance of rainfall for the Central Coast.
