The Santa Maria Police Department is trying to figure out who may be responsible for stealing more than two dozen iPads from a classroom at Miller Elementary School in Santa Maria.
Officers said that Classroom 23 was broken into sometime Sunday night. School administrators said that a teacher discovered the theft the following morning. In total, 25 iPads were stolen, according to the Santa Maria-Bonita School District.
Teachers hope that Apple’s “Find My iPad” feature might lead to the location of the stolen devices.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the Santa Maria Police Department.
