Clouds should move off the coastal areas during this time before a low-pressure system moving south brings with it a slight chance of rain for Saturday morning.

A high surf advisory is in place for central coast beaches and is expected to last throughout the rest of the week as a south to southwest swell from tropical cyclone Sergio moves through the waters.
Surf heights are expected to be between 5 to 8 feet with sets to 10 feet during the peak of the event tonight and Friday. The highest surf is expected along south to southwest facing beaches.
Surf should begin to subside Friday night, but there is a chance that dangerous and strong rip currents could linger into Saturday.
