Cal Fire Station 15 will be hosting a fire safety fair in Los Osos on Saturday.
Participants will watch demonstrations from firetrucks, “Jaws of Life” and a Lifting Airbag Device.
There will be free CPR training, and kids will learn the “Stop, drop, cover your face and roll” life-saving strategy.
Kids also get the chance to assist firefighters with a Teddy Bear Cliff Rescue and play their Stamp Station Game to win a birthday party at the firehouse.
The free event allows attendees to interact with first responders and also meet Sparky the Fire Dog and Smokey Bear.
Tacos, nachos and quesadillas will be provided by Central Coast Tacos Catering Service.
The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Rite Aid Parking lot, 1130 Los Osos Valley Rd.
