Santa Barbara police are asking for the public’s help to identify a woman who they say stole a necklace from a hotel boutique.
The theft was reported on July 14, 2018, at the Marris Collective Isla Boutique located inside the Hotel Californian on lower State St.
Police say the woman, whose image was captured on surveillance video, browsed several items before picking out a necklace and walking out of the store without paying.
