A former Old Mission School guidance counselor in San Luis Obispo has filed a complaint against the former interim principal and the corporation that owns the school.
Filed on Monday, Jannelle Craig-DiFronzo alleges two suspected child abuse cases involving the school were not reported after she notified then Interim Principal, Cynthia Fogarty.
The complaint also states Craig-DiFronzo’s hours were then cut and her contract was not renewed after informing Fogarty of the suspected cases.
We reached out to the lawyers of Craig-DiFronzo and are waiting to hear back for comment.
We’ve also reached out to Old Mission School for comment but have not yet heard back.
