A Lompoc boutique owner is asking for help identifying a woman they say was caught on surveillance video stealing from their store Tuesday.
The Lompoc Police Department says a report was filed showing the woman took more than $300 worth of merchandise from Deasee’s Boutique on the 100 block of north H Street.
Surveillance video posted by the owner on the store’s Facebook page shows the woman picking up a wallet, reportedly valued at about $120, and carrying it around in the store before eventually putting it quickly into her purse.
She’s also accused of taking a $100 blouse and $80 watch.
Anyone who recognizes the woman or has any information is asked to call Lompoc police.
