A ridge in the upper atmosphere will start to move off in the next 24 hours. That will be replaced by a trough that actually steepens into the weekend. Ultimately a upper atmospheric low will cut off, this will produce lighter winds, more marine cloud cover at the coast and most importantly temperature relief inland.
At beaches the low cloud deck will be more substantial with the reduced wind flow and may be stubborn to clear at some beaches. Away from the beach in the coastal valleys night and morning clouds will clear but temps will also start a slow slide.
Wednesday is a transitional day with beaches in the 60s and coastal valleys in the 70s with inland valleys in the mid 90s.
Thursday inland highs fall into the low 90s before 70s Friday thru the weekend, it will be refreshing inland. By Monday and Tuesday seasonal temperatures return inland in the mid-80s. During this time frame coastal valleys will be near 70 and the beaches in the 60s.
