Local law enforcement spent their Saturday teeing off in their 25th Annual COPS N KIDS Benefit Golf Tournament in Grover Beach.
The event was held at the Pismo State Beach Golf Course.
Organizers say the event helps promote the relationship between the community and local police while promoting local law enforcement support programs.
"It’s the support of the community that makes us happen. It’s not me, it’s not Eddy, it’s the members of our organization, it’s the members of law enforcement who risk their lives, public safety for our public safety," said Jay Conner.
Organizers hope to bring the event back every year for another 25 years.
