Law enforcement requests public’s help in identifying Orcutt car vandals

Vandals shot out the windows of at least nine parked vehicles in the community of Orcutt.

According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, the crimes occurred between 4:15 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. on May 31 in the area of Rice Ranch Road.

Video surveillance shows the suspects used an air gun and are believed to have driven a light colored, possibly silver, early to mid-2000’s Toyota Corolla model four-door sedan. The vehicle has a factory spoiler on the rear trunk lid, a sunroof, and factor spoke wheels. 

The suspect vehicle may also be missing the front license plate, the press release stated.
