A new park in Goleta’s old town breaks ground Tuesday.
The park will include a multi-purpose field, basketball court, handball court, concrete ping-pong table, bocce ball court, and a perimeter walking path.
Locals are invited to celebrate the ground-breaking event with City leaders at 4:30 p.m. on the corner of Hollister and Kellogg avenues.
The park is anticipated to be finished early next year.
