More and more tourists are making a vacation out of the Central Coast.
Many tourists say Pismo Beach is a perfect place to relax in between visits to San Francisco and Los Angeles.
"To wake up this morning to this beautiful day makes such a difference and it puts Pismo Beach in a different light, definitely," said Catherine Coonbs, a visitor from England.
"The scenery, obviously, right?" said Mike Burrows, who is visiting from Canada. "It’s a beautiful I’m originally from Ireland so it’s a lot like theIirish coastline; too little warmer though, (and a) little sunnier."
"We’re going down to LA so we just want to experience as much of the coast as possible really and eat good food," said Tim Woodhillyard, a resident from England.
The Oceano Dunes is also a hot spot.
Overnight, campsites are sold out, but day-use passes are still available.
