With a winter storm forecast to hit southern Santa Barbara County next week, county officials say the threat of a flash flood in areas near the Thomas Fire is 10 times greater than before the fire.
A community meeting to address fire damage, recovery, and flood preparedness is planned for Monday, Jan. 8 at 5 p.m. in the County’s Fourth Floor Board Hearing Room at 105 E. Anapamu Street in Santa Barbara.
