Reports of overturned sailboat
Harbor Patrol rescued two people after their sailboat capsized near Port San Luis Harbor.
Reports came in around 1:30 p.m.
Patrol officers say wind caused the boat to capsize at or near breakwater.
According to officials, the two passengers are uninjured.
