In our "We're Open Central Coast" segment, we are shining a light on the businesses that make up our community and are staying open.
Negranti Creamery, located in Paso Robles' Tin City, is still open and committed to serving its popular ice creams.
Alexis Negranti founded the business ten years ago and specializes in sheep's milk ice cream.
Negranti has had to get creative through these tough times by offering drive-thru ice cream service every Friday from 12p.m.-7p.m. when ice cream will be brought to customers car by servers wearing gloves.
Negranti Creamery is also at Scouts Coffee in San Luis Obispo on Saturdays serving up ice cream from 1p.m.-4p.m.
"The community has been tremendously supportive by coming by the drive-thrus, supporting us through buying our pints at the stores; it's been really tremendous. And, so, if people can just keep coming out until we get through this, we're extremely grateful for that," Negranti said.
Negranti ice cream is a great option for people who are lactose intolerant and can even be found in local Vons' and Whole Foods Market.
If you are one of the business owners keeping the doors open or if you know of one who is we want to hear from you.
