Local and online retailer The Sock Drawer has received official certification from Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture.
Located downtown San Luis Obispo on Higuera Street, the small business employs 16 staff employees year-round and dozens more during the holiday season.
The retailer has sold thousands of pairs of fun novelty socks each year since it first opened in 2007.
The Sock Drawer now joins Wilshire Health and Community Services, Allied Beverages and Mindbody as companies in San Luis Obispo who have received the “Great Place to Work” certificate.
