Cuesta College says it awarded more scholarships and money to students this year than ever before.
In total, they say they gave 282 students 510 scholarships, totaling about $390,000, which is a new record for the college.
The people who get these scholarships are current students, incoming transfers and high school students.
The scholarships can be used for tuition, books or other expenses.
