As KBSY’s Season of Hope campaign wraps up, generous donations from so many community members are helping make the holidays brighter for those in need.
For weeks now, KSBY has asked for donations of new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items to help local organizations across the Central Coast.
The SLO Food Bank says the campaign has brought in nearly $50,000 for them this year, which will help provide meals to many of our neighbors in need.
This week, the Salvation Army in San Luis Obispo picked up donations from Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital.
Both were sponsors again of this year's campaign.
If you'd like to donate, there is still time.
Financial donations can be made through Friday night to the charity of your choice by clicking here.
KSBY wants to thank everyone who contributed donations this year.
