Touch-a-Truck is coming to the Morro Bay Library this weekend.

Saturday, April 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., vehicles from local agencies will be on hand at the library offering children a chance to get an up-close look and meet the “heroes and helpers” behind the vehicles.

Check out the Morro Bay Fire Department’s fire truck, a Morro Bay Police Department patrol car and motorcycle, the Morro Bay Harbor Patrol’s patrol truck and water craft, SLO Waste Connection’s garbage truck, John Madonna Construction’s construction truck, Animal Services’ collection truck, an ambulance, CalTrans and more.

Other community partners will also be at the all-ages event.

Officials say parking will be limited.

The library is located at 625 Harbor St.
