The Atascadero Fire Department is teaming up with the City of Atascadero to raise money for victims of the Camp Fire.

The two agencies are partnering up to host a New Year’s Eve Bash to benefit fire victims and other local charities.

The money raised through ticket and alcohol sales, as well as a silent auction, will help those affected by the Northern California wildfire.

“I think each of us that are first responders in this county and the state or fire services as a whole, we want to be able to help with that,” said Brian Westerman of the Atascadero Fire Department. “We want to be able to come in and bring relief to those not just to the community, but to the firefighters that are trying to help so that we’re all in this together. It’s not just you guys, it’s all of us.”

The bash will be held at the Pavilion on the Lake starting at 7 p.m. on December 31.

Tickets are $50 each and include two free drink tickets, a taco bar, and a midnight champagne toast. Click here to purchase tickets.
