Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are some of the events happening around the Central Coast:

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20

Day in the Country Fall Festival
7 a.m.-4 p.m.
Los Olivos
This annual day-long event kicks off with a 5K fun run through town. A parade down Grand Avenue starts at 10 a.m. with vintage tractors, antique cars, professional square dancers, musicians, and animals. Following the parade a street fair opens with more than 100 vendors, food trucks, live music, a beer garden, kids’ activities, face painting, and more.

Wiggle Waggle Walk for Woods
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Mitchell Park, 1400 Osos St., San Luis Obispo
Join other animal lovers for this annual event that raises money for homeless animals at Woods Humane Society. The event includes dog costume and trick contests, a raffle, a blessing of the animals, and a walk.

Fall Plant Sale Fundraiser
10 a.m.-1 p.m.
San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden, 3450 Dairy Creek Rd., San Luis Obispo
Add some new color to your garden with a variety of drought-tolerant, California native and Mediterranean climate plants from the garden’s greenhouse, plus speak to gardening experts and receive free admission into El Chorro Regional Park.

DANA Adobe Ghost Tours
6:30-9:30 p.m.
DANA Adobe Cultural Center, 671 S. Oak Glen Ave., Nipomo
Tour the historic DANA Adobe and hear from costumed interpreters tell stories of the tragic true events that took place at Rancho Nipomo during the 19th century. Staff and visitors will share their own reports of ghostly sightings at the adobe. Recommended for ages 7 and up.

Cayucos Antique Street Faire
7 a.m.-3 p.m.

City Farm, 1221 Calle Joaquin, San Luis Obispo
Celebrate the fall harvest with hay rides, a tomato toss, farm tours, yoga, live music, a beer garden, and produce sales.
