A new burger restaurant is opening soon in downtown San Luis Obispo.
But this establishment isn’t just a regular burger joint.
Burger Village is a unique take on America’s favorite foods, offering bison, ostrich, and lamb burgers, as well as a variety of vegan options.
The restaurant prides itself on using real, organic ingredients in all of its burgers, fries, and other snacks, and owner Nick Yadav says he is passionate about dishing out whole foods without any additives.
The restaurant will also offer beer on tap and local wine.
Burger Village has moved across the country from Brooklyn, New York to San Luis Obispo, and is set to open Thursday, July 18. It’s located at the corner of Broad and Higuera streets.
