Resurfacing work will continue next week along Highway 1 in San Luis Obispo County.

Starting Monday, April 1, crews will be working from south of 13th Street in Cayucos to Harmony Valley Road reconstructing ramps and shoulders of the highway.

Lane closure will be in place Mondays through Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Some overnight work will also be done Sunday through Friday.

Ramps at the Old Creek Overcrossing (13th Street) and the C Street Undercrossing (Cayucos Drive) will be closed but the County says the closures will not last for more than two weeks.

No major delays are expected.

The $9.8 million project along Highway 1 is expected to be completed in November.

Crews have been working this weekalong a stretch of Highway 1 near Cuesta College.
