A vehicle fire along Highway 101 spread to nearby grass and brush between Orcutt and Los Alamos on Tuesday.
It was first reported at about 2:50 p.m. in the northbound lanes just north of Palmer Rd.
Santa Barbara County Fire officials say the vehicle was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
The fire also reportedly burned about two acres of brush.
No structures were threatened and no injuries were reported.
