One person is dead and another is injured following a single vehicle rollover in Santa Barbara County.
Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to the crash on Highway 101 southbound near Dos Pueblos Ranch Saturday around 12:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews noticed that extrication was needed to get the people out of the car according to fire officials.
One person was pronounced dead on scene.
Officials are in the process of notifying next of kin before releasing the victim's identity.
The surviving passenger was transported to Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara with moderate injuries.

The California Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation and aiding with traffic control.
They will be on scene for a few more hours helping clean up the crash site.
AMR and Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office also responded.
