Two people were reportedly found dead over the weekend on a boat off the coast of Santa Barbara.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office was notified shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday that the bodies were found about 20 miles southwest of the Santa Barbara Harbor on a boat that had been missing, officials say.
The Sheriff’s Coroner’s Office is handling the death investigation. Authorities have not said how the two people may have died but say foul play is not suspected.
Officials are working to notify next of kin.
