Authorities are investigating after a body was found in the Santa Ynez Riverbed near Lompoc Wednesday.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office says it is too early in the investigation to know how the person died, but officials do say the death does not appear suspicious.
Sheriff’s officials say they got a call at about 5 p.m. saying the body was found near A Street. Officials haven't provided any information on the person’s identity.
